The Southwest Environment Alliance in partnership with the Glenelg Shire Council have developed 10 weed flyers. The flyers were developed to support landholder weed identification skills. The weeds selected were based on the weeds most commonly asked about at group meetings.
Many of the environmental groups that engage regularly with the SEA have individual programs that aim to control and reduce the impact of weeds in their project sites. The flyers have been designed with simplicity in mind. They combine visual identification with practical management support.
The flyers are available for download in the resources section of our web page. Alternatively you can drop in to the Shire office and pick up a hard copy. Photos for this project were generously donated by Kevin Sparrow.
